Assessment and commercial questions

How the assessment works and how scope, timing and commercial terms are discussed.

What happens in a Request Assessment?

The assessment asks what you want to improve first, your industry and market context, a relevant operating detail and when you would like to begin. Contact information is sent only after you choose the final “Send My Request” action.

Start the Assessment
Do I need to know which package I want before starting the assessment?

No. You can choose “More than one area” or “I’m not sure yet” when the starting point is unclear. The system uses only approved package IDs when it calculates candidate routes.

Can I go back and change an assessment answer?

Yes. Back remains available after the first step. If an earlier answer changes, incompatible later answers are cleared before the route is recalculated.

Does the assessment submit my contact details automatically?

No. A response choice may move you to the next question, but contact details are not sent automatically. Submission requires the explicit final action “Send My Request”.

Is there a full-page version of the assessment?

Yes. The full-page Request Assessment journey is available at the link below.

What information does the assessment request?

It asks about the growth problem, industry, market context, relevant operating detail, timing and contact information. The final Send My Request action asks GWO SEVO to contact you about that assessment; the assessment does not collect marketing permission.

Can I include more than one problem in the assessment?

Yes. Problems are added one at a time, and you can confirm when the list is complete. This allows the request to reflect connected issues without forcing them into one answer.

Is the package recommendation shown by the assessment final?

No. Client-side recommendations are advisory. The server recalculates the route using approved IDs, and a specialist reviews the operating context before a package or scope is confirmed.

When are my contact details sent?

They are sent only after you reach the contact step and select “Send My Request”. The notice beside that action explains that you are asking GWO SEVO to contact you about the request. Earlier question choices do not submit personal information.

Are GWO SEVO package prices published on the website?

No. Public pricing is currently off. A package price is not displayed until the source and commercial approval for public use are confirmed.

How can we discuss scope and commercial terms?

Request an assessment with the business problem, operating context and timing. That information allows the relevant scope and current commercial terms to be discussed without presenting an unapproved or incomplete price.

Does every organisation receive the same scope?

Not necessarily. Packages can be combined or customised, so the relevant scope depends on the problem, intended outcome and operating context established through the assessment.

How long will a GWO SEVO package take?

Delivery timing depends on the approved package, scope, dependencies and current commercial terms. Do not rely on an assumed public timeline; include the desired start timing in the assessment so it can be reviewed.

Can we compare several GWO SEVO packages before deciding?

Yes. The Solutions page explains all seven packages by problem and outcome. The assessment is useful when the organisation needs help identifying which route deserves closer discussion.

What should a procurement or vendor-review team ask for?

Ask for the confirmed scope, responsibilities, dependencies, commercial terms, data requirements and any operational commitments relevant to the proposed work. Unverified certifications, service levels or coverage claims should not be assumed.

Does every assessment automatically produce a proposal?

The assessment provides qualification context for review. It does not by itself guarantee suitability, a proposal, delivery capacity or a final package route.

What if we need to begin urgently?

Select the closest timing option and explain the commercial reason in the request. Urgency can be reviewed, but no start date or delivery capacity is confirmed until the scope and dependencies have been assessed.
