1. About these terms
These terms are between you and GWO SEVO Solutions Ghana Limited (“GWO SEVO”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By using the website, you agree to these terms. You must accept the applicable terms before using Compass’s connected-account features. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering an agreement. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so. References to “you” include that organisation where appropriate.
These terms do not exclude or reduce rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
2. Website information and assessments
Our website provides information about GWO SEVO and lets you send enquiries, request assessments, subscribe to commercial insights and apply for advertised roles.
An assessment result is advisory. It identifies possible starting points for further discussion; it is not a commitment to accept work, a confirmed statement of suitability or an offer at a stated price.
Website information and assessment results are not legal, financial or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for obtaining advice suited to your circumstances.
Examples, reports and recommendations do not guarantee demand, leads, sales, customer retention, revenue, profit, savings or other commercial results.
3. Paid services and separate agreements
A paid engagement begins only through an authorised proposal, order form, statement of work or other written contract.
That agreement should identify the contracting parties, scope, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, fees, taxes, payment terms, timing, client responsibilities, data-protection roles, intellectual-property arrangements, change control, termination rights and dispute process.
A separate written agreement controls the commercial terms of the relevant service where it conflicts with these general terms. It cannot authorise processing prohibited by law or applicable Meta or Google requirements.
A website submission does not reserve capacity, create exclusivity or require either party to proceed. No public website price is binding unless an authorised written agreement expressly incorporates it.
Applicable consumer protections, including any mandatory cancellation or refund rights, remain unaffected.
4. Compass and connected business accounts
Compass supports client reporting, review and recommendations. Features are available only when enabled for your organisation.
Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads connections are planned features. A setup request does not create a connection or authorise access.
Authority to connect
You may connect an account only if you own it or have permission from the organisation that controls it.
If you manage accounts for several organisations, you must have authority for each connection. You must keep that authority current and notify us when it ends or changes.
You are responsible for obtaining the notices, permissions and other lawful grounds needed to provide information through the connection. Do not give us another person’s password or attempt to bypass the provider’s authorisation process.
Reporting permission
An authorised connection permits GWO SEVO to retrieve and process the selected account’s information for the reporting purpose explained to you.
It does not transfer account ownership or authorise us to publish content, send messages, create advertisements, change campaigns or budgets, or alter analytics settings through these reporting connections.
Google’s permission screen may describe Google Ads access more broadly because the same permission supports reporting and management. Compass limits its use to the authorised reporting purpose. Google Ads access model
Separate campaign-management work requires its own agreed scope and authorisation.
5. Platform information and permitted use
You retain any ownership rights you hold in the information you provide. Rights belonging to platforms or other third parties remain with their respective owners.
You grant GWO SEVO limited permission to retrieve, host, copy, analyse and present authorised information only as needed to provide the agreed service, protect that service and meet applicable legal obligations.
We process each client’s connected information for that client’s authorised purpose. This permission does not allow unrelated promotional use, sale of connected information or reuse for another client’s reports.
You must not use, share, sell or otherwise process information received from Meta through Compass in a manner that violates the Meta Platform Terms or applicable Meta policies.
You must also comply with applicable Google requirements when using information received through its services, including the Google Ads API Terms where relevant.
Neither your instructions nor a separate service agreement can expand access or use beyond applicable platform restrictions.
6. Your responsibilities and acceptable use
Information you provide must be accurate to the best of your knowledge, relevant to the request and lawful for you to supply.
You are responsible for managing your authorised users and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access.
You must not:
- use the website or Compass unlawfully, fraudulently or to harm another person;
- connect accounts or access information without authority;
- misrepresent your identity, affiliation or purpose;
- bypass access controls, rate limits or security measures;
- introduce malicious code, disrupt services or probe for vulnerabilities without written permission;
- harvest personal information or extract restricted information without authorisation; or
- copy, resell or commercially exploit our software or materials in a way that infringes rights or creates a false association with GWO SEVO.
Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, health records or confidential customer lists in free-text fields or ordinary support messages.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect information, investigate misuse or comply with legal or platform requirements.
7. Reports, third-party services and availability
Connected reports depend on information supplied by the relevant platform and the configuration of your accounts.
Information may be delayed, incomplete, revised or unavailable. Different platforms may use different reporting periods, attribution methods and definitions. A recorded metric should not be treated as proof of profit, lead quality or commercial impact without appropriate supporting information.
Recommendations support your judgment; they do not replace it.
Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and availability. Changes to their systems, permissions or access requirements may interrupt a connection. A connection or link does not imply endorsement, certification or partnership.
We do not promise uninterrupted access or the permanent availability of a particular integration.
8. Disconnection, suspension and information deletion
You may withdraw provider access through the relevant account settings or ask us to disconnect an account.
A connection may also stop when permissions expire, account authority changes, a provider withdraws access or continued operation creates a security or compliance risk.
Disconnection can prevent new reporting. It does not automatically cancel an existing paid-service agreement or remove payment obligations already incurred under that agreement.
Our Privacy Policy explains how to request deletion of information already held by Compass. Removing a provider connection and deleting stored information are separate actions.
Any retention following termination remains subject to the Privacy Policy, applicable law and platform restrictions.
9. Confidentiality, ownership and privacy
We restrict confidential client information to authorised personnel and service providers who need it for the agreed service and are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations, except where disclosure is otherwise lawfully required or authorised.
Our website design, original content, software and brand materials belong to GWO SEVO or are used with permission. You may view, print or save reasonable copies of public website materials for internal, non-commercial evaluation. Other rights require permission.
You retain ownership of material you submit. Rights to paid deliverables and client reports are governed by the relevant service agreement.
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. Our Cookie Policy explains website storage and related technology.
Agreeing to these terms or requesting a service does not, by itself, subscribe you to marketing or replace any separate consent required for processing.
10. Liability
We aim to keep the website useful, secure and available, but information may become outdated and errors or interruptions may occur.
To the extent permitted by law, the free public website is provided “as available”, without an implied promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or suitable for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, GWO SEVO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising only from use of, or inability to use, the free public website, including loss of profit, opportunity, goodwill or data.
This limitation does not apply to fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, wilful misconduct, or liability or mandatory remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
Liability connected with a paid service, including paid Compass services, is governed by the separate written agreement for that service. The free-website limitation is not automatically extended to those services.
11. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. The courts of Ghana have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights to bring proceedings elsewhere.
A separate commercial agreement may specify a different governing law and dispute process for the relevant service. Mandatory legal protections remain unaffected.
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver.
You may not transfer your rights where doing so would prejudice security or legal compliance. GWO SEVO may transfer its rights as part of a lawful business reorganisation, subject to applicable notice requirements and restrictions on transferring information.
We may update these terms as our services or applicable requirements change. Material changes will receive appropriate notice and an updated publication date. Changes do not rewrite an existing signed service agreement.
Any expansion of connected-data access or use remains subject to the disclosures and authorisations required by our Privacy Policy and the relevant platform.
